1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship across Pakistan.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Delivery Timeframe
- Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2-4 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount (as per current promotions).
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
- JiyaMart is not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier services.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
- COD orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch.
