Return Window: We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date.
Return Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Sealed products must remain unopened
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or opened products (for hygiene reasons)
- Items with damaged or missing packaging
- Products without proof of purchase
Refund Process:
- Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Refund will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout
